Shayan Barakat vs Akil Parikh

Boxing Daily Report from the AI India-Uttar Pradesh promoted show at Ghaziabad Sarang, Ghaziabad,  taking place on 30/01/2036:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the India-Uttar Pradesh Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on TEN Sports, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Shayan Barakat (22(3) - 2) who hails from Kanpur, India and Akil Parikh(24(1) - 8(2)) from Lucknow, India.  Both Barakat and Parikh weighed in at 147 pounds.
