Jose Arroyo vs Neper Palomares

Boxing Daily Report from the Maghakian Promotions promoted show at Santiago Cabigas Gym, Cebu City,  taking place on 31/01/2036:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Philippines-Cebu Super Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Jose Arroyo (14(2) - 2) who hails from Cebu City, Philippines and Neper Palomares(35(2) - 15(11) - 4) from Cebu City, Philippines.  Both Arroyo and Palomares weighed in at 122 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Emanuel Pansoy, and the three ringside judges are Ricardo Olvera, Jesus Prisco and Oihane Tatlonghari.
