Rob Bwita vs Gus Kamunanwire

Boxing Daily Report from the Hacopyan Promotions promoted show at Gethin Byaruhanga Gym, Kampala,  taking place on 09/07/2021:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Uganda-Kampala District Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Rob Bwita (2 - 3 - 1) who hails from Kampala, Uganda and Gus Kamunanwire(6 - 3) from Kampala, Uganda.  Both Bwita and Kamunanwire weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Dai Birungi, and the three ringside judges are Dale Kayonga, Robert Ngologoza and Jevonte Olinga.  

Round 1: 

Kamunanwire steps inside and lands a left uppercut to the head followed by a right hook to the body.  
Bwita steps away from his opponent and finds the target with a jab.
