Mark Purdie vs Ian Hill

Boxing Daily Report from the Chileya Promotions promoted show at Joe Lyall Gym, Baltimore,  taking place on 07/02/2036:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the USA-Maryland Super Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Mark Purdie (4 - 0) who hails from Baltimore, USA and Ian Hill(15 - 9(2)) from Baltimore, USA.  Purdie weighed in at 115 pounds, while Hill weighed in at 114 pounds and 6 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Jamie Bigg, and the three ringside judges are Chris Sandison, Dan Haddan and Ian Mickle.  

Round 1: 

Purdie strikes his opponents body with a jab.  
Purdie pivots from in front of his opponent and lands a cross.  Purdie attempts to land an uppercut to the solar plexus, but he strays low!  The ref stops the action and gives Hill time to recover.
