Edmundo Mabilangan vs Xalvador Albarran

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Philippines-NCR promoted show at Dario Gaffud Gym, Manila,  taking place on 21/09/2021:

Clearly AI Philippines-NCR have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Philippines-NCR Super Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Edmundo Mabilangan (10 - 0) who hails from Quezon City, Philippines and Xalvador Albarran(4 - 4 - 1) from Pasig, Philippines.  Both Mabilangan and Albarran weighed in at 130 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Onofre Dimasalang, and the three ringside judges are Alen Macairan, Leonardo Callangan and Rico Agngarayngay.
