Mark Hardy vs Joseph Harkins

Boxing Daily Report from the AI USA-Hawaii promoted show at Floyd Blevins Gym, Honolulu,  taking place on 07/09/2037:

Clearly AI USA-Hawaii have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the USA-Hawaii Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Mark Hardy (17 - 23(1) - 6) who hails from Honolulu, USA and Joseph Harkins(11 - 2) from Honolulu, USA.  Both Hardy and Harkins weighed in at 146 pounds and 6 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Jay Ardrey, and the three ringside judges are Tobias Meek, Tobias Meek and Itu Manuera.
