Theophilus Aruna vs Lordson Orakwue

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Nigeria-Kwara State promoted show at Nigeria-Kwara State Gym, Ilorin,  taking place on 07/09/2037:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Nigeria Super Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on AIT Sports, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Theophilus Aruna (29(4) - 7(5) - 2) who hails from Ilorin, Nigeria and Lordson Orakwue(34(29) - 14(12)) from Warri, Nigeria.  Both Aruna and Orakwue weighed in at 168 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Majid Farooq, and the three ringside judges are Izunna Ottiji, Ikechukwu Chukwuemeka and Kamran Kalil.

Aruna attempts to land a left uppercut, but Orakwue sidesteps and counters with a solid left hook.

Orakwue cuts off the ring, trapping Aruna on the ropes.  Orakwue lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents body.  
Aruna tries to keep the action at long range and is on target with a solid cross.  Aruna throws a jab, but his opponent dodges the shot and counters with a solid right hook.  
Orakwue advances into close range.  Aruna tries to land a left hook, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a stinging left hook.  
Aruna steps away from his opponent and lands three consecutive jabs to his opponents head.

Orakwue senses a stoppage victory - he just needs the right shot.  Orakwue lands a right hook followed by  two left hooks to his opponents body.  He then lands three consecutive right hooks to his opponents ribs, AND ARUNA IS DOWN!  He unsteadily tries to get up but is unable to beat the 10 count!  The winner by KO is Orakwue!
