Alejandro Zara vs Gul Shahan

Boxing Daily Report from the Hands Promotions promoted show at Rogers Center, Toronto,  taking place on 16/10/2037:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Alejandro Zara (34(25) - 1) who hails from Choloma, Honduras and Gul Shahan(20(13) - 9(7)) from Bursa, Turkey.  Zara weighed in at 117 pounds and 12 ounces, while Shahan weighed in at 118 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Ethan Craig, and the three ringside judges are Rob Murray, Paul Myron and Richard Amiot.  

Round 1: 

Zara lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents head.

Zara gets on the inside.  Shahan tries to land a right uppercut, but Zara slips the shot and counters with a HUGE right hook.  IT LOOKS LIKE SHAHAN WAS HURT BY THAT SHOT!  Shahan recovers before his opponent can take advantage.
