Fraser MacRae vs Ciaran Ruane

Boxing Daily Report from the Mthethwa Promotions promoted show at Edinburgh Hughes, Edinburgh,  taking place on 20/09/2037:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Celtic Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Fraser MacRae (11(1) - 1) who hails from Glasgow, UK and Ciaran Ruane(17 - 7 - 4) from Belfast, UK.  Both MacRae and Ruane weighed in at 118 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Patrick McBeth, and the three ringside judges are Charlie MacNeal, Dennis McClung and Peter MacLaughlin.  

Round 1: 

MacRae lands a cross.  
MacRae sidesteps to the left of his opponent.  Ruane throws a jab, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a right hook.
