Richard Halden vs Mark Bard

Boxing Daily Report from the Dana White promoted show at Surrey Obie, Surrey,  taking place on 21/09/2037:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Canada-British Columbia Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Fight Network, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Richard Halden (13 - 7(5) - 1) who hails from Burnaby, Canada and Mark Bard(15 - 5 - 1) from Surrey, Canada.  Both Halden and Bard weighed in at 118 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Kai Sundy, and the three ringside judges are John Hendren, Noah Tedford and Paul Trott.
