Yoshi Kanai vs Ichiro Miyahara

Boxing Daily Report from the Montreal's Top Gym promoted show at Hanshin Racecourse, Takarazuka,  taking place on 09/10/2037:

Clearly Montreal's Top Gym have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Japan Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Yoshi Kanai (24(22) - 3(1)) who hails from Akashi, Japan and Ichiro Miyahara(20 - 13(1) - 7) from Suita, Japan.  Both Kanai and Miyahara weighed in at 112 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Hisoka Iida, and the three ringside judges are Satoshi Abe, Satoshi Sakamoto and Kazuhiko Hayashi.  

Round 1: 

Kanai is on target with a sharp jab.  
Kanai switches the action to the outside and lands an overhand right followed by a jab to his opponents head.  
Kanai drives a hard jab into his opponents face.  
Kanai feints a cross, but Miyahara ignores the feint and responds with a left uppercut.  
Miyahara manouvers his opponent onto the ropes.  Kanai is on target with a  jab.  
Kanai tries to keep the action at long range and drives a hurtful cross into his opponents body.  MIYAHARA IS DOWN!  He is on his feet as the count reaches 4.  
Kanai drives a solid jab into his opponents body.  
Miyahara walks Kanai onto the ropes.  Miyahara goes for the bodyshot, but lands south of the border!  The ref stops the action and gives Kanai time to recover.  
Miyahara tries to step out of his opponents range.  Kanai lands an overhand right followed by a cross to his opponents head.  
Kanai steps to the outside and lands two consecutive straights to his opponents head.  
Kanai lands with a ramrod jab.  Kanai throws a cross, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a left uppercut.  
Kanai lands a straight 1 - 2.  
Kanai throws a cross, but his opponent parries the shot and counters with a left uppercut.  
Kanai lands a jab.  
Kanai steps away from his opponent.  Miyahara throws a jab, but his opponent dodges the shot and counters with a firm left uppercut to his opponents ribs.  
Kanai drives a stinging jab into his opponents face.  
Kanai steps to the outside and lands a straight 1 - 2.  
Kanai lands a double jab to his opponents head.  
Kanai lands two jabs followed by a cross to his opponents head.  
Kanai connects with a firm cross.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Miyahara's trainer is telling his fighter to increase his workrate.  Miyahara's trainer is advising how he could stop so many clean shots getting through.

Kanai tries to step out of his opponents range.  Miyahara sidesteps to the left of his opponent.  Miyahara throws a cross, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a cross.  
Kanai feints a left hook, and then lands a cross followed by a jab to his opponents head.  
Kanai lands a cross to the head, a right uppercut to the body and a cross to the head.  
Kanai switches the action to the outside and lands an overhand right followed by a cross to his opponents head.  
Kanai lands two consecutive straights to his opponents head.  
Miyahara throws a jab, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a nasty right hook to Miyahara's ribcage.  MIYAHARA IS SENT SPRAWLING TO THE CANVAS!  He beats the count, getting up at 4.  
Kanai is on target with a stinging jab.  
Kanai throws a cross, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a left hook.  
Kanai feints a right hook, and then lands a jab followed by  two straights to his opponents head.  
Kanai lands a jab, cross and a jab to his opponents head.  
Kanai lands a straight 1 - 2, AND STUNS HIS OPPONENT!  
Miyahara manages to force Kanai onto the ropes.  Some sustained pressure from Kanai could be enough to finish Miyahara!  Kanai lands a right uppercut, left uppercut and a right uppercut to his opponents head.  He continues the combination and lands a right uppercut, right hook and a right uppercut to his opponents head.  Miyahara now appears to have recovered from that earlier shot.  
Kanai strikes his opponents body with a solid jab.  
Kanai lands a cross, jab and an overhand left to his opponents head, AND SENDS MIYAHARA SPRAWLING TO THE CANVAS!  The ref waves off the fight.  He does not believe Miyahara can continue!  The fight has been stopped!  The winner by TKO is Kanai!
