Corey Galit vs Ontibile Chakabva

Boxing Daily Report from the Ringside Promotions promoted show at New Cebu Coliseum, Cebu City,  taking place on 22/10/2037:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Corey Galit (20(12) - 3(2)) who hails from Pagadian, Philippines and Ontibile Chakabva(18(4) - 10(5)) from Bulawayo, Zimbabwe.  Galit weighed in at 154 pounds, while Chakabva weighed in at 153 pounds and 12 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Miguel Gannod, and the three ringside judges are Ricardo Olvera, Vicente Graciano and Alen Macadangdang.  

Round 1: 

Chakabva gets on the inside.  Galit lands a right hook to the head followed by a left hook to the body.

The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Chakabva dabs at his face checking for damage.    It looks like the clash of heads has caused some damage to Chakabva.  That has caused slight swelling  around the right eye.
