Daiki Tsuda vs Daichi Koga

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Japan-Tokyo promoted show at Mikio Nii Gym, Tokyo,  taking place on 29/09/2037:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Japan-Tokyo Light Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Sky-A Sports, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Daiki Tsuda (16(8) - 3) who hails from Tokyo, Japan and Daichi Koga(14 - 11 - 2) from Tokyo, Japan.  Both Tsuda and Koga weighed in at 108 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Hajime Kubota, and the three ringside judges are Keiichi Iida, Dai Usui and Kazuki Miyashiro.  

Round 1: 

Tsuda tries to land a cross, but Koga sidesteps and counters with a left hook.  
Koga pivots to the side of his opponent.  Tsuda lands a double jab to his opponents head.  
Tsuda steps inside and lands consecutive left uppercuts to his opponents body.

Koga backs onto the ropes...he is waving his opponent in!  Tsuda accepts the invitation, throwing powerful combos, but is unable to land anything on Koga.  
Tsuda gets on the inside.  Tsuda quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent.  Koga throws a left hook, but Tsuda clinches his opponent.  As they grapple, Tsuda pushes his forearm into Koga's face.  The ref separates the two fighters.  
Tsuda drives a solid left hook into his opponents body.  
Tsuda throws a cross, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a right hook.  
Tsuda is looking to close the distance and digs in a right hook to his opponents ribs.  
Tsuda lands a right hook to the head, a left uppercut to the body and a right hook to the head.  HE HAS HIS OPPONENT IN TROUBLE!  
Tsuda lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.  Tsuda ties up his opponent.  Tsuda leans on his opponent using all his weight. The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
Tsuda stalks his opponent...he just needs the right shot to put his opponent away!  Tsuda lands three consecutive left hooks to his opponents ribs, KNOCKING KOGA DOWN!  He beats the count, getting up at 4.  Koga now seems to have recovered from the bodyshot.  
Tsuda drives a sharp left uppercut into Koga's ribs.  
Tsuda closes the distance and is on target with a right hook.  Tsuda ties up his opponent.  Tsuda leans on his opponent using all his weight. The ref breaks Tsuda's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  
Tsuda lands a left uppercut to the head followed by a right hook to the body.  Tsuda attempts to land a left hook, but Koga sidesteps and counters with a right uppercut.  
Tsuda throws a right uppercut, but his opponent avoids the shot.  Tsuda clinches his opponent.  Tsuda pushes his forearm into Koga's face.  The ref halts the action and breaks the clinch.  He lectures Tsuda about fouling.  
Tsuda steps inside and hits home with a left uppercut.  
Tsuda lands a left hook to the body followed by a left uppercut to the head.  
Koga finds the target with a jab.  
Tsuda attempts to land a cross, but Koga blocks the shot and counters with a right hook.  
Tsuda closes the distance.  Tsuda is on target with a right hook to Koga's ribs.  The two boxers are fighting in-close, but their heads clash!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Tsuda dabs at his face checking for damage.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Koga's trainer is telling his fighter he is being outworked and needs to throw more.  Koga's trainer is telling his fighter to tighten his defence.
