Neper Palomares vs Jose Arroyo

Boxing Daily Report from the Kamao Promotions promoted show at Ian Balubal Gym, Cebu City,  taking place on 29/09/2037:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Philippines-Cebu Super Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Neper Palomares (36(2) - 17(11) - 4) who hails from Cebu City, Philippines and Jose Arroyo(16(2) - 2) from Cebu City, Philippines.  Both Palomares and Arroyo weighed in at 122 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Malvolio Monterrosa, and the three ringside judges are Mark Labuanan, Porfio Larez and Sam Panay.
