Napoleon Shibalatani vs Lamech Mbamu

Boxing Daily Report from the Donnelly Boxing promoted show at Kitwe Chintu, Kitwe,  taking place on 06/10/2037:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Zambia-Copperbelt Super Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Napoleon Shibalatani (18(4) - 7(2) - 1) who hails from Ndola, Zambia and Lamech Mbamu(17 - 14(4) - 2) from Ndola, Zambia.  Shibalatani weighed in at 130 pounds, while Mbamu weighed in at 129 pounds And 12 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Tavarius Kasanka, and the three ringside judges are Kwamin Ilunga, Deion Kalilele and Tamarius Miyanda.  

Round 1: 

Mbamu pivots to the right of his opponent.  Shibalatani finds the target with a jab.  
Shibalatani quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent.  Mbamu throws a right hook, but Shibalatani ties up his opponent.  Shibalatani is using his forearm in the clinch.  The ref separates the two fighters.  
Shibalatani wants to work on the inside, but accidentally clashes heads with his opponent!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Mbamu dabs at his face checking for damage.  
Mbamu throws a right hook, but Shibalatani clinches his opponent.  As they grapple, Shibalatani pushes his forearm into Mbamu's face.  The ref breaks Shibalatani's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  
Shibalatani manouvers his opponent into the corner.  Shibalatani is on target with a right hook to Mbamu's body.  
Shibalatani is on target with a left uppercut.  
Shibalatani quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and lands a right uppercut followed by a left hook to his opponents body.  
Shibalatani forces Mbamu to back into the ropes.  Shibalatani pivots from in front of his opponent and lands a left uppercut followed by a left hook to his opponents body.  
Shibalatani digs in a solid right uppercut to his opponents ribs.  
Shibalatani is on target with a left hook to Mbamu's body.  
Mbamu closes the distance.  Shibalatani lands a left hook to the body, a right hook to the body and a right hook to the head.  Shibalatani ties up his opponent.  Shibalatani leans on his opponent using all his weight. Shibalatani pushes his forearm into Mbamu's face.  The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.

Shibalatani forces Mbamu to back into a corner.  Shibalatani digs in a left uppercut to his opponents ribs.

Shibalatani manouvers Mbamu into the red corner.  Shibalatani senses Mbamu is in trouble...he is looking to finish him off!  Shibalatani lands a left uppercut followed by a right uppercut to his opponents body, KNOCKING MBAMU DOWN!  He manages to get up at 6.  It looks like Mbamu has now recovered from that earlier bodyshot.  
Shibalatani drives a left uppercut into Mbamu's body.  
Shibalatani lands a left hook to the body followed by a left uppercut to the head.  
Shibalatani manages to force Mbamu onto the ropes.  Shibalatani lands a left uppercut followed by a right hook to his opponents head, AND SENDS MBAMU SPRAWLING TO THE CANVAS!  He makes it to one knee, but is unable to rise any further as the ref counts 10!  The winner by KO is Shibalatani!
