Jasper Mulherin vs Dave Pumphrey

Boxing Daily Report from the AI USA-Kentucky promoted show at Lexington Gaul, Lexington,  taking place on 12/10/2037:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the USA-Kentucky Super Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Fight Now TV, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Jasper Mulherin (14(5) - 8(2)) who hails from Lexington, USA and Dave Pumphrey(16 - 10(1) - 4) from Louisville, USA.  Mulherin weighed in at 166 pounds and 15 ounces, while Pumphrey weighed in at 168 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Mark Slone, and the three ringside judges are Mark Malis, Amon Stephen and Michael Harkins.  

Round 1: 

Mulherin gets on the inside and lands a right hook.

Mulherin gets on the inside.  Mulherin quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent.  Pumphrey throws a left hook, but Mulherin clinches his opponent.  Mulherin uses his free hand to throw a body hook, but it lands on Pumphrey's kidney. The referee separates the two fighters and warns Mulherin.  
Pumphrey switches the action to the outside.  Mulherin connects with an overhand left.  
Mulherin lands two right hooks to his opponents ribs.  
Mulherin quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and connects with a right hook.
