Sam Rusere vs Salim Mujuru

Boxing Daily Report from the Quartey Promotions promoted show at Harare Mupariwa, Harare,  taking place on 16/10/2037:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Zimbabwe Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Joy TV, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Sam Rusere (10 - 2(1)) who hails from Harare, Zimbabwe and Salim Mujuru(7 - 10 - 3) from Bulawayo, Zimbabwe.  Both Rusere and Mujuru weighed in at 135 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Lewis Masakadza, and the three ringside judges are Harry Katsande, Stephen Mubako and Makalo Ncube.  

Round 1: 

Mujuru is looking to keep his distance.  Rusere sidesteps to the right of his opponent and lands with a stiff jab.
