John Ruddock vs Richard Lawgoch

Boxing Daily Report from the ALT Promotions promoted show at Motorpoint Arena, Cardiff,  taking place on 21/11/2037:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a mandatory fight for the British-Wales Super Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Sky Sports, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are John Ruddock (10(2) - 0) who hails from Swansea, UK and Richard Lawgoch(18(4) - 7(4)) from Cardiff, UK.  Ruddock weighed in at 140 pounds, while Lawgoch weighed in at 139 pounds and 13 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Dale Carrick, and the three ringside judges are Joshua Gillespie, Clinton Birney and Inigo Rury.

Lawgoch switches the action to the outside.  Ruddock knows Lawgoch is hurt...he is putting the pressure on now, looking for the stoppage.  Ruddock lands consecutive right uppercuts to his opponents body.  He continues the combination and lands a right uppercut followed by a right hook to his opponents body, AND SENDS LAWGOCH TO THE CANVAS!  He manages to get up at 4.
