Alastair Nish vs Seth Haua

Boxing Daily Report from the Gold Coast Boxing promoted show at Vector Arena, Auckland,  taking place on 31/10/2037:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a mandatory fight for the New Zealand Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on TV One, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Alastair Nish (25(17) - 5(3)) who hails from Wellington, New Zealand and Seth Haua(25 - 13(5) - 2) from Waitakere, New Zealand.  Nish weighed in at 160 pounds, while Haua weighed in at 159 pounds and 1 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Clinton Martie, and the three ringside judges are Jack Hislop, Brin Stackpole and Cody Master.  

Round 1: 

Nish steps to the outside and is on target with a jab.  
Nish lands a jab followed by  two straights to his opponents head.  
Haua drives a left uppercut into Nish's ribs.  
Nish hits home with a stinging left uppercut.  
Nish is looking to keep the action on the outside and connects with a cross.  
Nish whips in a spiteful right uppercut to his opponents ribcage.  HAUA IS HURT!  Haua recovers before his opponent can take advantage. 
Nish tries to land a cross, but Haua sidesteps and counters with a right uppercut.  
Haua digs in a right hook to his opponents ribcage.  Haua attempts to land a left uppercut, but Nish slips the shot and counters with a left uppercut.  
Nish drives a weighty left hook into his opponents liver.  HAUA IS DOWN!  He manages to get up at 4.

Nish lands a cross to the body, and then to the head, AND HIS OPPONENT IS HURT!  Haua quickly recovers. 
Haua walks his opponent onto the ropes.  Nish lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents head.  
Haua gets on the inside.  Nish lands a right hook to the body, a left hook to the body and a left hook to the head.  
Nish steps away from his opponent and lands a sharp overhand right.  
Nish connects with a stinging cross.  
Nish closes the distance and lands a right hook to the body, and then to the head, AND HIS OPPONENT IS HURT!  Haua almost instantly gets his legs back. 
Nish tries to step out of his opponents range.  Nish sidesteps to the right of his opponent and lands an overhand right followed by a jab to his opponents head.  He then lands an overhand right followed by a cross to his opponents head.  
Haua is looking to close the distance.  Haua sidesteps to the left of his opponent.  Nish lands a left hook followed by a left uppercut to his opponents body, AND STUNS HIS OPPONENT!  Haua almost instantly recovers. 
Nish is looking to keep the action on the outside and connects with a sharp cross.  Nish throws a jab, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a right hook.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Nish's trainer is passing on some tactical advice.  Haua's trainer is suggesting ways of getting through to his opponent.  Haua's trainer is telling his fighter to tighten his defence.

Nish lands a left hook to the body followed by a right hook to the head.  THAT HURT HIS OPPONENT!  Nish tries to land a left hook, but Haua blocks the shot and counters with a cross.  
Nish is looking to keep the action on the outside.  Nish thinks he can end the show early....he's looking to put Haua away.  Nish connects with a VICIOUS right uppercut.  HAUA HAS BEEN KNOCKED DOWN!  He is on his feet as the count reaches 4.  Haua now appears to have recovered from that earlier shot.  
Nish feints a left hook, and then is on target with a cross.  
Nish gets on the inside and attempts to land a right hook, but Haua slips the shot and counters with a cross.  
Nish connects with a solid cross.  Nish tries to land a cross, but Haua dodges the shot and counters with a cross.  
Nish lands a jab.  
Nish hits home with a forceful left hook.  HAUA WAS STUNNED BY THAT SHOT!  Haua recovers before his opponent can take advantage. 
Nish tries to keep the action at long range and lands a cross to the body, a jab to the head and a cross to the head, AND HIS OPPONENT IS HURT!  
Haua could be stopped here, if Nish can find the right shot!  Nish is on target with a powerful right hook to his opponents ribcage.  HAUA IS DOWN!  He is on his feet as the count reaches 5.  Haua now seems to have recovered from the bodyshot.  
Haua walks Nish down, trapping him on the ropes.  Nish connects with a WICKED cross.  HAUA WAS STUNNED BY THAT SHOT!  Haua almost instantly gets his legs back. 
Haua connects with a cross.  
Nish EXPLODES a DESTRUCTIVE cross into his opponents face.  HAUA IS SENT SPRAWLING TO THE CANVAS!  THE REF DOES NOT EVEN BOTHER WITH THE COUNT...HE'S SEEN ENOUGH AND HAS STOPPED THE FIGHT!  The fight has been stopped!  The winner by TKO is Nish!
