Cong Eng vs Richie Ming

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Malaysia-Sarawak promoted show at Kuching Hoda, Kuching,  taking place on 17/10/2037:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Malaysia Super Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on TV3, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Cong Eng (8 - 5) who hails from Ipoh, Malaysia and Richie Ming(8(2) - 1) from Kuching, Malaysia.  Eng weighed in at 114 pounds and 15 ounces, while Ming weighed in at 115 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Farhan Salim, and the three ringside judges are Ali Mannan, Sajid Sheikh and Waqas Ayoub.  

Round 1: 

Ming gets on the inside and lands a left hook.  Ming clinches his opponent.  Ming uses his free hand to throw a hook, but it hits Eng behind the head. 
Ming lands a left hook to the head, a right hook to the body and a left uppercut to the head.  
Ming closes the distance and walks Eng down, trapping him on the ropes.  Ming lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents head.  
Ming lands two right hooks to the body, and one to the head.  Ming clinches his opponent.  Eng pushes his forearm into Ming's face.  The ref breaks Ming's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  
Eng throws a left hook, but Ming holds on to his opponent.  As they grapple, Ming pushes his forearm into Eng's face.  The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.

The ref acknowledges the accidental headclash but allows the action to continue.    That accidental headbutt has resulted in some damage to Eng.  That has caused bad swelling  around the right eye.
