Nick Nee vs Lewys Baker

Boxing Daily Report from the Showtime Promotions promoted show at The Armory, Minneapolis,  taking place on 15/10/2037:

Clearly Showtime Promotions have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 8 round matchup are Nick Nee (12(5) - 0) who hails from Anchorage, USA and Lewys Baker(14 - 27 - 2) from Chesapeake, USA.  Both Nee and Baker weighed in at 115 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Greg Pelle, and the three ringside judges are Nathan Langer, Charlie Genz and Phil Bertel.  

Round 1: 

Nee pivots to the right of his opponent and drives a right uppercut into Baker's ribs.

Nee walks Baker down, trapping him in the corner.  Baker throws a right uppercut, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a cross.  
Nee hits home with a solid right uppercut.  
Nee sidesteps to the left of his opponent.  Nee lands a right hook to the body followed by a left hook to the head.  Nee holds on to his opponent.  Nee leans on his opponent using all his weight. The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
Nee lands a left hook to the body, a left hook to the head and a right hook to the head.  Nee clinches his opponent.  Baker is using his forearm in the clinch.  The ref breaks Nee's hold and signals for the fight to continue.

Nee manouvers Baker onto the ropes.  Nee lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents head.  Nee clinches his opponent.  The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.

Baker tries to land a right uppercut, but Nee sidesteps and counters with a right uppercut.  
Nee lands a left hook to the head followed by a right uppercut to the body.  Nee ties up his opponent.  As they grapple, Nee pushes his forearm into Baker's face.  The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.
