Robert Awori vs Robert Cherigat

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Kenya-Kiambu promoted show at Ruiru Msolla, Ruiru,  taking place on 24/10/2037:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Eastern African Super Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on KTV, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Robert Awori (22(17) - 9(8)) who hails from Ruiru, Kenya and Robert Cherigat(30(26) - 6(6)) from Kikuyu, Kenya.  Both Awori and Cherigat weighed in at 140 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Haider Ben, and the three ringside judges are Mark Kamande, Jake Merande and Max Arita.
