Boxing Daily Report from the AI Japan-Chiba promoted show at Matsudo Seto, Matsudo,  taking place on 27/10/2037:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Japan-Chiba Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Aki Mayeda (9 - 11 - 5) who hails from Kashiwa, Japan and Hitoshi Kimura(29(16) - 13(8) - 1(NC)) from Kashiwa, Japan.  Both Mayeda and Kimura weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Eiji Ozaki, and the three ringside judges are Kazuhiko Sakaguchi, Daiki Matsunaga and Mikio Kawai.  

Round 1: 

Kimura lands a cross, jab and a cross to his opponents head.  
Kimura closes the distance.  Mayeda throws a right hook, but Kimura holds on to his opponent.  As they grapple, Kimura pushes his forearm into Mayeda's face.  The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
Mayeda switches the action to the outside.  Kimura sidesteps to the left of his opponent.  Mayeda throws a jab, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a left hook.  
Kimura forces Mayeda to retreat into the corner.  Kimura lands a stinging left hook.  Kimura clinches his opponent.  Kimura is using his forearm in the clinch.  The referee warns Kimura and breaks the clinch.  
Mayeda switches the action to the outside.  Kimura feints a cross, tricking Mayeda into launching a cross counter.  Kimura springs the trap, countering with  a stinging left uppercut to his opponents body.  
Kimura is looking to close the distance and connects with a right hook.  
Kimura is on target with a solid cross.  
Kimura gets on the inside and drives a sharp left uppercut into his opponents body.  
Mayeda switches the action to the outside.  Kimura lands a ramrod jab.  
Kimura is looking to close the distance.  Mayeda throws a left hook, but Kimura ties up his opponent.  Kimura leans on his opponent using all his weight. The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
Kimura lands a right uppercut followed by a right hook to his opponents head.  
Kimura walks his opponent down, trapping him in the red corner.  Kimura digs in a left hook to his opponents ribs.  
Kimura lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents head, KNOCKING MAYEDA DOWN!  He is on his feet as the count reaches 4.  Mayeda quickly recovers. 
Mayeda is looking to keep the action on the outside and tries to land an overhand right, but Kimura dodges the shot and counters with a sharp cross.  
Kimura forces Mayeda to back into the ropes.  Kimura lands a right uppercut followed by a right hook to his opponents body.  
Mayeda is looking to keep the action on the outside.  Kimura lands a double jab to his opponents head.  
Kimura gets on the inside.  Kimura sidesteps to the left of his opponent and is on target with a right hook.  
Kimura lands a ramrod jab.  
Mayeda tries to step out of his opponents range and throws a cross, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a sharp left hook.  
Kimura is on target with a sharp left hook.  
Kimura throws a right hook, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a left uppercut.  
Kimura forces Mayeda to back into the red corner.  Mayeda throws a left uppercut, but Kimura holds on to his opponent.  The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
Kimura lands two consecutive left uppercuts to his opponents head.  
Kimura lands two left hooks followed by a left uppercut to his opponents head, AND STUNS HIS OPPONENT!  
Kimura is looking to force the stoppage!  Kimura lands a right uppercut followed by a cross to his opponents head, AND KNOCKS MAYEDA DOWN!  He tries to rise but his legs dont respond...the count reaches 10!  The winner by KO is Kimura!
