Cong Ou vs Liang Sa

Boxing Daily Report from the AI China-Jiangxi promoted show at Ganzhou Hay, Ganzhou,  taking place on 28/10/2037:

Clearly AI China-Jiangxi have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the China-Jiangxi Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on His TV, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Cong Ou (18 - 2(1) - 1) who hails from Nanchang, China and Liang Sa(6 - 11 - 2) from Nanchang, China.  Ou weighed in at 146 pounds And 2 ounces, while Sa weighed in at 147 pounds And 10 ounces.    As Sa came in over the weight limit, only his opponent will be able to compete for the titles on the line tonight.  
The referee tonight is Lee Shyu, and the three ringside judges are Confucius Hwang, Manchu Dinh and Shing Siao.
