John Cecil vs Rafael Sepulveda

Boxing Daily Report from the Showtime Promotions promoted show at Caesars Palace Pavilion, Las Vegas,  taking place on 14/11/2037:

Clearly Showtime Promotions have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a final eliminator for the IRBF Intercontinental Light Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on HBO, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are John Cecil (25(3) - 3 - 2 - 1(NC)) who hails from Portsmouth, UK and Rafael Sepulveda(21(5) - 2(1)) from San Jose, Costa Rica.  Both Cecil and Sepulveda weighed in at 108 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Amon Gibson, and the three ringside judges are Ellis Slight, Henry Weddell and Mike Faulkner.
