Sargent Bernardis vs Porter Perse

Boxing Daily Report from the Montreal's Top Gym promoted show at Stade Sebastien Charlety, Paris,  taking place on 27/11/2037:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a mandatory fight for the France Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Sargent Bernardis (16(7) - 1 - 1) who hails from Nimes, France and Porter Perse(13(3) - 2(1)) from Rennes, France.  Bernardis weighed in at 234 pounds And 4 ounces, while Perse weighed in at 225 pounds And 3 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Rupert Gabin, and the three ringside judges are Holland Truffaut, Horace Ort and Curtis Sand.  

Round 1:

Perse sidesteps to the left of his opponent.  Bernardis lands a right uppercut to the body, and then to the head.  THAT HURT HIS OPPONENT!  
Perse could be stopped here, if Bernardis can find the right shot!  Bernardis lands a cross to the head followed by a right hook to the body, AND DROPS PERSE TO THE CANVAS!  He beats the count, getting up at 4.
