Nicholas Philp vs Sam Nay

Boxing Daily Report from the The wright promotion promoted show at Club Famous, Kingston,  taking place on 30/11/2037:

Clearly The wright promotion have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Nicholas Philp (8(1) - 0) who hails from Kingston, Jamaica and Sam Nay(4 - 6 - 1) from Kingston, Jamaica.  Philp weighed in at 135 pounds, while Nay weighed in at 135 pounds and 10 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Rob Nivison, and the three ringside judges are Bob Witherow, Rob Tedford and Robert Harper.  

Round 1: 

Philp stands off with low guard waiting for his opponent to launch an attack.  Nay throws a jab, but his opponent parries the shot and counters with a left uppercut.

Philp manouvers Nay into the red corner.  Philp sidesteps to the right of his opponent and lands a right uppercut followed by a left hook to his opponents head.  He then lands a right hook followed by a left uppercut to his opponents head.  
Philp gets on the inside.  Nay attempts to land a left hook, but Philp blocks the shot and counters with a right hook.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Nay's trainer is suggesting ways of getting through to his opponent.  Nay's trainer is telling his fighter he is being outworked and needs to throw more.
