Huynh Quan vs Tu Lam

Boxing Daily Report from the Joey G Promotions promoted show at LOTTE Hotel Emerald Room, Ho Chi Minh City,  taking place on 06/11/2037:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Vietnam-South Super Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Huynh Quan (9 - 10(2)) who hails from Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam and Tu Lam(2 - 7 - 2) from Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.  Both Quan and Lam weighed in at 154 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Tien Manh, and the three ringside judges are Pho Danh, Voong Ba and Ha Manh.  

Round 1: 

Lam cuts off the ring, trapping Quan in a corner.  Lam is on target with a left uppercut to Quan's body.  
Quan gets on the inside and walks his opponent into the corner.  Quan quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent.  Lam lands a right uppercut.
