There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the India-Uttar Pradesh Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on TEN Sports, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Lakshman Nath (23(5) - 5(2) - 1(NC)) who hails from Lucknow, India and Praveen Bansal(8 - 5 - 5) from Lucknow, India.  Nath weighed in at 125 pounds and 8 ounces, while Bansal weighed in at 126 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Adnan Basher, and the three ringside judges are Mahinder Bhunder, Haider Hoda and Damodar Ghoda.
