John Hercules vs Bryan MacIsaac

Boxing Daily Report from the Australia Boxing Council promoted show at Robert Service Gym, Cairns,  taking place on 14/11/2037:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Australia-Queensland Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are John Hercules (22 - 26(2) - 1) who hails from Sunshine Coast, Australia and Bryan MacIsaac(25(3) - 17(6)) from Brisbane, Australia.  Hercules weighed in at 111 pounds and 14 ounces, while MacIsaac weighed in at 112 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Michael Puller, and the three ringside judges are Corey Pait, Ian Norris and Richie Higgins.  

Round 1: 

MacIsaac feints a left hook, and then lands a solid jab.  MacIsaac tries to land a jab, but Hercules parries the shot and counters with a left hook.  
MacIsaac quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and lands a left uppercut followed by a jab to his opponents head.  
MacIsaac closes the distance and digs in a left hook to his opponents body.  
MacIsaac connects with a left hook.  
Hercules gets on the inside.  MacIsaac lands a right hook followed by a right uppercut to his opponents head.  
MacIsaac connects with a left hook.  MacIsaac throws a left hook, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a right hook.  
MacIsaac manages to force Hercules onto the ropes.  MacIsaac lands two consecutive right uppercuts to his opponents head.  
MacIsaac hits home with a left hook.  
MacIsaac closes the distance and connects with a sharp right hook.  
MacIsaac tries to step out of his opponents range.  Hercules is on target with an overhand right.  
MacIsaac closes the distance and connects with a stinging right uppercut.  MacIsaac clinches his opponent.  MacIsaac is using his forearm in the clinch.  The ref halts the action and breaks the clinch.  He lectures MacIsaac about fouling.

The ref acknowledges the accidental headclash but allows the action to continue.    It looks like the clash of heads has caused some damage to Hercules.  That has caused slight swelling  around the left eye.
