Jawad Hassan vs Ben Akamba

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Ghana-Ashanti promoted show at Kumasi Kuenyehia, Kumasi,  taking place on 15/11/2037:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Ghana Light Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on bTV Action, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Jawad Hassan (27(13) - 13(12)) who hails from Takoradi, Ghana and Ben Akamba(22(3) - 17(4)) from Kumasi, Ghana.  Both Hassan and Akamba weighed in at 108 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Faraji Anyidoho, and the three ringside judges are Brad Kyei, Vincent Lamptey and Ibrahim Siddiqi.

Akamba gets on the inside and drives a right hook into his opponents body.  
Akamba advances into close range and forces Hassan to back into the ropes.  Akamba lands a right hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Hassan steps away from his opponent and lands with a spiteful jab.  
Akamba is looking to close the distance and lands three consecutive left hooks to his opponents ribs.  
Hassan switches the action to the outside and lands with a ramrod jab.  
Hassan lands a cross to the body, and then to the head.  THAT HURT HIS OPPONENT!  
Hassan is looking for the shot to finish his opponent.  Hassan lands a left hook to the head followed by a right uppercut to the body.  He then lands a right uppercut, right hook and a left hook to his opponents head, AND KNOCKS AKAMBA DOWN!  He manages to get up at 6.  
Akamba steps inside and cuts off the ring, trapping Hassan on the ropes.  Hassan lands a cross to the head, a left uppercut to the body and a left hook to the head.  He follows up the attack and lands a right hook to the body, a left hook to the body and a right uppercut to the head.  Akamba now appears to have recovered from that earlier shot.  
Hassan digs in a solid left hook to Akamba's body.  
Hassan is looking to keep his distance and lands an overhand left to the head followed by a cross to the body.  He then lands a double jab to his opponents head.  
Hassan tries to step out of his opponents range.  Hassan sidesteps to the left of his opponent and lands a straight 1 - 2, AND DROPS AKAMBA!  He remains on the canvas as the count reaches 10!  The winner by KO is Hassan!
