Xayvion Bonseu vs Bruce Kiprotich

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Uganda-Northern Region promoted show at Rob Mwiraria Gym, Gulu,  taking place on 17/11/2037:

Clearly AI Uganda-Northern Region have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Uganda-Northern Region Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Xayvion Bonseu (3 - 7 - 4) who hails from Lira, Uganda and Bruce Kiprotich(5 - 3(1) - 2) from Gulu, Uganda.  Both Bonseu and Kiprotich weighed in at 160 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Greg Kibaki, and the three ringside judges are Useni Kayemba, Sid Commins and Majid Aman.  

Round 1: 

Bonseu lands a cross.  
Bonseu advances into close range.  Kiprotich lands a left hook.

Bonseu pivots to the side of his opponent.  Kiprotich connects with a right uppercut.

Bonseu quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent.  As Kiprotich tries to work on the inside, the fighters heads come together!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Bonseu dabs at his face checking for damage.    That accidental headbutt has resulted in some damage to Bonseu.  That has caused minor swelling  around the right eye.

Kiprotich gets on the inside.  The two boxers are fighting in-close, but their heads clash!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Bonseu dabs at his face checking for damage.

Kiprotich tries to land a left hook, but Bonseu slips the shot and counters with a left hook.

The ref acknowledges the accidental headclash but allows the action to continue.  Bonseu has been damaged by that accidental headbutt.  The foul has worsened the damage  around the right eye.
