Billy Quansah vs Ben Rahman

Boxing Daily Report from the Smokin Joe promoted show at Stanford Stadium, San Francisco,  taking place on 16/01/2038:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Billy Boy Quansah (23(20) - 0) who hails from Kumasi, Ghana and Ben Rahman(28 - 12(4) - 1) from Kumasi, Ghana.  Quansah weighed in at 122 pounds, while Rahman weighed in at 121 pounds and 12 ounces.  
The referee tonight is John Rhydderch, and the three ringside judges are Amon Scroggie, Brett Trumble and John Rhydderch.  

Round 1: 

Quansah lands a cross.  
Quansah quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent.  Rahman drives a left hook into Quansah's body.  
Quansah steps inside and lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents head.  
Quansah lands a sharp left hook.  
Quansah closes the distance.  Rahman throws a left hook, but Quansah clinches his opponent.  Quansah is using his forearm in the clinch.  The referee warns Quansah and breaks the clinch.  
Rahman throws a left hook, but Quansah holds on to his opponent.  Quansah leans on his opponent using all his weight. The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.  
Rahman throws a cross, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a solid right hook.  
Quansah gets on the inside and throws a left hook, but his opponent slips the punch.  Quansah clinches his opponent.  Rahman leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The ref separates the two fighters.  
Quansah throws a left hook, but his opponent sidesteps.  Quansah ties up his opponent.  As they grapple, Rahman pushes his forearm into Quansah's face.  The referee breaks the clinch and warns Rahman to stop fouling.

Quansah lands a left uppercut to the body, a right hook to the head and a right uppercut to the head.  HE HAS HIS OPPONENT IN TROUBLE!  
Quansah sees his opponent is hurt.  He's looking for the finish!  Quansah lands a right hook followed by a left uppercut to his opponents body.  He follows up the attack and lands a right uppercut to the body, a cross to the head and a right hook to the body, AND RAHMAN IS DOWN!  He is on his feet as the count reaches 4.  It looks like Rahman has now recovered from that earlier bodyshot.  
Quansah lands a right uppercut to the body followed by a left hook to the head, AND HIS OPPONENT IS HURT!  Rahman recovers before his opponent can take advantage. 
Quansah steps inside and is on target with a big right uppercut.  RAHMAN WAS STUNNED BY THAT SHOT!  Quansah holds on to his opponent.  Quansah leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.  Rahman almost instantly gets his legs back. 
Rahman is looking to keep his distance.  Quansah lands a cross followed by a overhand left to his opponents head.  
Quansah closes the distance and lands three consecutive left hooks to his opponents head, AND HIS OPPONENT IS HURT!  Quansah ties up his opponent.  Quansah leans on his opponent using all his weight. The ref breaks Quansah's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  Rahman almost instantly gets his legs back.

Rahman tries to land a right hook, but his opponent dodges the shot and counters with a firm right uppercut.  
Rahman is looking to keep his distance.  Quansah lands an overhand right followed by a cross to his opponents head.  
Quansah steps inside and walks Rahman into the corner.  Quansah lands a double right hook to his opponents head, AND STUNS HIS OPPONENT!  Rahman almost instantly gets his legs back. 
Quansah is on target with a mean left hook.  IT LOOKS LIKE RAHMAN WAS HURT BY THAT SHOT!  Rahman recovers before his opponent can take advantage. 
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Rahman's trainer is advising how he could improve the accuracy of his work.  Rahman's trainer is telling his fighter to tighten his defence.

Quansah throws a right uppercut, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a left hook.  
Rahman quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent.  Quansah hits home with a left hook.  
Quansah lands a right hook to the body followed by a left hook to the head.  
Quansah lands a left uppercut to the body, a left hook to the body and a left hook to the head, KNOCKING RAHMAN DOWN!  He is back up on his feet at 7.  
Rahman tries to land a right uppercut, but Quansah slips the shot and counters with a solid right hook to Rahman's body.  
Quansah is on target with a firm left hook.  
Quansah lands a stinging cross.  
Quansah advances into close range and drives a firm right uppercut into Rahman's ribcage.  
Quansah is on target with a sharp right hook.  
Quansah lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents head.  
Quansah sidesteps to the left of his opponent and connects with a stinging cross.  
Quansah drives a stinging left hook into his opponents ribs.  
Quansah manouvers Rahman into the corner.  Quansah connects with a hurtful left hook.  RAHMAN WAS STUNNED BY THAT SHOT!  Rahman quickly recovers.

Quansah lands a right uppercut to the head followed by a left uppercut to the body.  He then lands a cross, left hook and a cross to his opponents head, AND DROPS RAHMAN TO THE CANVAS!  He tries to rise on shaky legs but Rahman cant beat the count!  The winner by KO is Quansah!
