Samartlek Pomrak vs Petchsamuthr Chuthong

Boxing Daily Report from the Thai Boxing Federation promoted show at Bangkok Bunsith, Bangkok,  taking place on 06/12/2037:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Thailand-Bangkok Super Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Samartlek Pomrak (15 - 15(3) - 5) who hails from Bangkok, Thailand and Petchsamuthr Chuthong(5 - 9 - 3) from Bangkok, Thailand.  Both Pomrak and Chuthong weighed in at 154 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Susuwandee Choeichiu, and the three ringside judges are Tabtibdaeng Kiatwat, Yokchai Petchungruang and Thongtaeng ThongPleow.  

Round 1: 

Chuthong is on target with a right hook.  
Pomrak advances into close range and drives a right hook into his opponents body.  
Chuthong closes the distance.  Pomrak voluntarily retreats back onto the ropes...he waves his opponent in!  Chuthong accepts the invitation, throwing powerful combos, but is unable to land anything on Pomrak.

Chuthong tries to land a cross, but Pomrak blocks the shot and counters with a right uppercut to his opponents body.  
Pomrak is looking to close the distance and digs in a right uppercut to Chuthong's ribs.  
Chuthong advances into close range.  Chuthong wants to work on the inside, but accidentally clashes heads with his opponent!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Pomrak dabs at his face checking for damage.

Pomrak steps inside.  The two boxers are fighting in-close, but their heads clash!  The ref acknowledges the accidental headclash but allows the action to continue.    It looks like the clash of heads has caused some damage to Chuthong.  That has caused nasty damage to the nose.

Chuthong sidesteps to the right of his opponent and lands a right hook.
