Montrose Ahanda vs Khalid Haque

Boxing Daily Report from the Ringside Promotions promoted show at The Den, London,  taking place on 01/01/2038:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a final eliminator for the Commonwealth Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Montrose Ahanda (28(21) - 3(1)) who hails from Bamenda, Cameroon and Khalid Haque(13(6) - 2(1) - 1) from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.  Both Ahanda and Haque weighed in at 112 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Aeron Wyburn, and the three ringside judges are Lucas Ervine, David Ladd and Jonathan Calvert.  

Round 1: 

Haque is looking to close the distance and lands a left uppercut to the body followed by a left hook to the head.

Haque is looking to close the distance and cuts off the ring, trapping Ahanda on the ropes.  Haque lands a right uppercut followed by a right hook to his opponents body.  Haque attempts to land a right hook, but Ahanda blocks the shot and counters with a sharp cross.

Haque walks Ahanda down, trapping him on the ropes.  Haque digs in a left hook to his opponents body.  Ahanda holds on to his opponent.  Haque pushes his forearm into Ahanda's face.  The referee separates the two fighters and warns Haque.
