Edmundo Abila vs Elias Aguado

Boxing Daily Report from the Sowah Promotions promoted show at Xalvador Paula Gym, Maracaibo,  taking place on 06/12/2037:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Venezuela-Zulia Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Edmundo Abila (19 - 16(2) - 3) who hails from Maracaibo, Venezuela and Elias Aguado(10(5) - 0) from Maracaibo, Venezuela.  Abila weighed in at 134 pounds and 5 ounces, while Aguado weighed in at 135 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Cuba Gomez, and the three ringside judges are Senon Claudio, Federico Chapa and Fraco Carrion.  

Round 1: 

Aguado advances into close range and lands two left hooks to his opponents ribs.  Aguado clinches his opponent.  Aguado tries to make the space to throw a hook, but hits Abila's kidney. Aguado pushes his forearm into Abila's face.  The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
Aguado lands a solid cross.  
Aguado advances into close range and hits home with a left hook.  
Aguado steps inside and lands two left hooks to his opponents ribs.  He follows up the attack and lands a left hook followed by a right uppercut to his opponents body.  THAT HURT HIS OPPONENT!  
Aguado senses his opponent is hurt.  He is looking to stop Abila and just needs the right shot.  Aguado crashes a nasty right uppercut to his opponents body.  ABILA HAS BEEN KNOCKED DOWN!  He is back up on his feet at 6.  
Aguado whips in a big right hook to Abila's body.  ABILA IS SENT SPRAWLING TO THE CANVAS!  He beats the count, getting up at 6.  Abila now seems to have recovered from the bodyshot.  
Abila steps to the outside.  Aguado lands a sharp cross.  
Aguado sidesteps to the right of his opponent.  Abila throws a right hook, but Aguado clinches his opponent.  Aguado hits his opponent with a kidney shot within the clinch. 
Abila steps to the outside.  Aguado lands an overhand right.  
Abila lands a jab.  
Abila tries to step out of his opponents range.  Abila sidesteps to the right of his opponent.  Aguado hits home with a cross.  
Aguado advances into close range and lands three consecutive right hooks to his opponents ribs, AND SENDS ABILA TO THE CANVAS!  The ref does not even bother with the count...he's seen enough!  The fight has been stopped!  The winner by TKO is Aguado!
