Kendis Quaye vs Nathan Hewins

Boxing Daily Report from the AI USA-Texas promoted show at San Antonio Neagle, San Antonio,  taking place on 06/12/2037:

Clearly AI USA-Texas have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Kendis Quaye (17(13) - 0) who hails from Mitchells Plain, South Africa and Nathan Hewins(2 - 1(1)) from Milwaukee, USA.  Both Quaye and Hewins weighed in at 154 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Geoff Dewey, and the three ringside judges are James Curto, Faisal Rasul and Leo Ovens.  

Round 1: 

Quaye gets on the inside and lands two right hooks to his opponents ribs.

Quaye advances into close range.  Hewins sidesteps to the right of his opponent.  Quaye is on target with a left hook.  
Hewins quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent.  Quaye lands a left hook to the body followed by a cross to the head.  
Quaye lands a left hook to the head followed by a right hook to the body.  Quaye clinches his opponent.  Quaye is using his forearm in the clinch.  The ref breaks Quaye's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  
Quaye is looking to close the distance and walks his opponent onto the ropes.  Hewins throws a left uppercut, but Quaye holds on to his opponent.  Quaye is using his forearm in the clinch.  The referee separates the two fighters and warns Quaye.  
Quaye lands a left hook followed by  two right hooks to his opponents head.  
Hewins steps away from his opponent and tries to land a cross, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a stinging left uppercut to Hewins's ribs.  
Quaye advances into close range and walks Hewins into a neutral corner.  Quaye lands two left hooks to his opponents ribs.  Quaye ties up his opponent.  Quaye leans on his opponent using all his weight. The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.  
Quaye digs in a left hook to Hewins's ribs.  
Quaye digs in a right hook to Hewins's ribcage.  
Quaye closes the distance and cuts off the ring, trapping Hewins in a neutral corner.  Quaye lands two right hooks to his opponents ribs.  
Quaye lands a left uppercut to the head followed by two left hook's to the body.  
Hewins is looking to keep his distance.  Quaye lands two consecutive straights to his opponents head.  
Quaye drives a left hook into Hewins's ribs.

Quaye pivots to the side of his opponent.  Hewins throws a left uppercut, but Quaye ties up his opponent.  Quaye uses his free hand to throw a body hook, but it lands on Hewins's kidney. 
Quaye feints a jab, and then lands a cross followed by a jab to his opponents head.  
Quaye lands a left hook to the head, a cross to the head and a right hook to the body.  
Quaye lands a right hook followed by  two left hooks to his opponents body.  
Quaye closes the distance and walks his opponent into the corner.  Quaye digs in a stinging left hook to his opponents body.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Hewins's trainer is telling his fighter to increase his workrate.  Hewins's trainer is passing on some tactical advice.  Hewins's trainer is advising how he could stop so many clean shots getting through.

Quaye is on target with a sharp right uppercut to Hewins's body.  Quaye clinches his opponent.  Quaye leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. Quaye tries to make the space to throw a hook, but hits Hewins behind the head. The referee separates the two fighters and warns Quaye.  
Hewins steps to the outside.  Quaye sidesteps to the right of his opponent and drives a sharp cross into Hewins's body.  
Quaye advances into close range and drives a stinging left hook into Hewins's liver.  
Quaye is on target with a left hook.  Quaye holds on to his opponent.  Quaye is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
Quaye forces Hewins to retreat into the blue corner.  Quaye lands a right hook to the body followed by a left uppercut to the head.  
Quaye drives a stinging left hook into Hewins's body.  
Quaye connects with a right hook.  
Quaye lands a left hook, right hook and a left hook to his opponents body.  
Quaye lands two left hooks to his opponents ribs.  He continues the combination and lands a right hook to the body, a left uppercut to the head and a left hook to the body.  
Quaye drives a sharp left hook into Hewins's body.  
Quaye lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents body.

Hewins switches the action to the outside and attempts to land a jab, but Quaye sidesteps and counters with a firm left uppercut.
