Paul Givan vs Brendan Patillo

Boxing Daily Report from the Showtime Promotions promoted show at OPCC Courtyard, Overland Park,  taking place on 28/11/2037:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 6 round matchup are Paul Givan (4(1) - 0) who hails from Atlanta, USA and Brendan Patillo(0 - 4) from Chandler, USA.  Givan weighed in at 168 pounds, while Patillo weighed in at 167 pounds And 13 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Davie Whitted, and the three ringside judges are Henry Eddington, Max Cadden and Duncan Myres.  

Round 1: 

Givan lands a left hook to the body followed by a right hook to the head.  Givan clinches his opponent.  Givan pushes his forearm into Patillo's face.  The referee breaks the clinch and warns Givan to stop fouling.  
Givan steps inside.  Patillo pivots from in front of his opponent.  Givan throws a left uppercut, but his opponent avoids the punch.  Givan clinches his opponent.  Patillo uses his free hand to throw a hook, but it hits Givan behind the head. The referee separates the two fighters and warns Patillo.  
Givan steps inside and lands a left hook to the body, a left hook to the head and a right hook to the head.  Givan clinches his opponent.  Givan leans on his opponent using all his weight. The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
Givan lands with a ramrod jab.  
Givan closes the distance and connects with a firm right hook.  
Patillo hits home with a left hook.  Givan clinches his opponent.  The ref breaks Givan's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  
Patillo attempts to land a jab, but Givan blocks the shot and counters with a cross.

Givan gets on the inside and lands a double right hook to his opponents head.  HE HAS HIS OPPONENT IN TROUBLE!  
Givan is looking for the shot to finish his opponent.  Givan lands a right hook to the body followed by a left hook to the head, AND DROPS PATILLO!  He makes it to one knee, but is unable to rise any further as the ref counts 10!  The winner by KO is Givan!
