Edmundo Ahumada vs Xabat Olvera

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Honduras-Cortes promoted show at San Pedro Sula Perdomo, San Pedro Sula,  taking place on 23/12/2037:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Honduras-Cortes Super Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Edmundo Ahumada (18(2) - 8(1) - 1) who hails from San Pedro Sula, Honduras and Xabat Olvera(15 - 17(5) - 7) from Choloma, Honduras.  Ahumada weighed in at 153 pounds and 11 ounces, while Olvera weighed in at 154 pounds and 13 ounces.    As Olvera came in over the weight limit, only his opponent will be able to compete for the final eliminator position tonight.  
The referee tonight is Gonzalo Balasco, and the three ringside judges are Sagaz Hernandez, Vicente Trigo and Gonzalo Enriquez.
