John Tinlin vs Leeroy Crandall

Boxing Daily Report from the AI USA-Illinois promoted show at Kieran Smolak Gym, Joliet,  taking place on 04/01/2038:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the USA-Illinois Cruiserweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are John Tinlin (10 - 25(4) - 4) who hails from Chicago, USA and Leeroy Crandall(12 - 3 - 1) from Chicago, USA.  Tinlin weighed in at 200 pounds, while Crandall weighed in at 199 pounds and 14 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Inigo Gillies, and the three ringside judges are Rob Dockter, Kenzie Neily and Alec Skonieczny.  

Round 1: 

Crandall gets on the inside.  The two boxers are fighting in-close, but their heads clash!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Tinlin dabs at his face checking for damage.  
Crandall lands a left hook to the head followed by a left uppercut to the body.
