Mashawn Asante vs Runako Akuffo

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Ghana-Ashanti promoted show at Kumasi Bariagher, Kumasi,  taking place on 03/01/2038:

Clearly AI Ghana-Ashanti have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Ghana-Ashanti Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Mashawn Asante (16 - 13 - 1) who hails from Kumasi, Ghana and Runako Akuffo(14 - 19(2) - 5) from Kumasi, Ghana.  Both Asante and Akuffo weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Ubanwa Akrofi, and the three ringside judges are Andy Salawu, Vincent Lamptey and Otieno Adomah.  

Round 1: 

Akuffo steps inside.  Akuffo wants to work on the inside, but accidentally clashes heads with his opponent!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Asante dabs at his face checking for damage.
