Yuichi Shimada vs Dai Shibata

Boxing Daily Report from the Akrofi Promotions promoted show at Satoru Sando Gym, Tokorozawa,  taking place on 09/01/2038:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Japan-Saitama Light Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Yuichi Shimada (6 - 7 - 5) who hails from Kawagoe, Japan and Dai Shibata(3 - 15 - 3 - 1(NC)) from Koshigaya, Japan.  Shimada weighed in at 174 pounds and 11 ounces, while Shibata weighed in at 175 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Taro Hara, and the three ringside judges are Hikaru Masaki, Hajime Nakajima and Takeshi Fuse.
