Fumio Nomura vs Eiji Oye

Boxing Daily Report from the Gold Coast Boxing promoted show at Nippon Budokan, Tokyo,  taking place on 06/02/2038:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Japan Super Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on TV Tokyo, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Fumio Nomura (17 - 8(1) - 2) who hails from Yokohama, Japan and Eiji Oye(39 - 11(2)) from Chiba, Japan.  Both Nomura and Oye weighed in at 130 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Daichi Noda, and the three ringside judges are Hisao Yamane, Taro Yamazaki and Jun Ogata.  

Round 1: 

Nomura is on target with a cross.  
Oye sidesteps to the right of his opponent and finds the target with a jab.  
Oye closes the distance.  Nomura quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent.  Oye hits home with a right hook.
