Jose Aponte vs Angel Judice

Boxing Daily Report from the Bedwei Promotions promoted show at Jax Vargas Gym, Fortaleza,  taking place on 19/01/2038:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Brazil-Ceara Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Jose Aponte (1 - 5) who hails from Fortaleza, Brazil and Angel Judice(8 - 11 - 2) from Fortaleza, Brazil.  Aponte weighed in at 118 pounds, while Judice weighed in at 117 pounds And 11 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Oro Augusto, and the three ringside judges are Seferino Patricio, Zelipe Armando and Nicandro Montijo.  

Round 1: 

Judice hits home with a left hook.  Judice tries to land a jab, but his opponent parries the shot and counters with a left uppercut.  
Aponte drives a right hook into Judice's body.  
Judice advances into close range and manouvers his opponent into the corner.  Judice throws a left hook, but is unable to find the target.  Judice holds on to his opponent.  Judice is using his forearm in the clinch.  The referee breaks the clinch and warns Judice to stop fouling.
