Rehman Ghangirov vs Khalid Kanybeck

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Kazakhstan-Karagandy promoted show at Ivan Otaroff Gym, Karagandy,  taking place on 28/01/2038:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Kazakhstan-Karagandy Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Rehman Ghangirov (4 - 16(2) - 8) who hails from Karagandy, Kazakhstan and Khalid Kanybeck(7 - 13 - 4) from Karagandy, Kazakhstan.  Ghangirov weighed in at 238 pounds and 1 ounces, while Kanybeck weighed in at 229 pounds and 2 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Zernebog Tolegan, and the three ringside judges are Borya Tajmanoff, Amer Umralieff and Amer Umralieff.
