Rainer Gerecke vs Burk Schauder

Boxing Daily Report from the Die Ring-Generäle promoted show at Waldemar Arlinghaus Gym, Munich,  taking place on 05/02/2038:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Germany-Bavaria Light Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Rainer Gerecke (3 - 5 - 5) who hails from Nuremberg, Germany and Burk Schauder(20 - 17(1) - 2) from Munich, Germany.  Gerecke weighed in at 175 pounds, while Schauder weighed in at 174 pounds and 9 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Bamard Bettger, and the three ringside judges are Meino Ahlborn, Dietz Pilling and Balwin Gelhaus.

The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Gerecke dabs at his face checking for damage.  Gerecke has taken some damage from that accidental headbutt.  That has caused minor swelling  around the right eye.
