Jose Barbas vs Quiqui Tomas

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Argentina-Mendoza promoted show at Desiderio Quezada Gym, Mendoza,  taking place on 31/10/2021:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Argentina Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on TV Publica, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Jose Barbas (7 - 0) who hails from Santa Fe de la Vera Cruz, Argentina and Quiqui Tomas(4 - 5 - 1) from Mendoza, Argentina.  Both Barbas and Tomas weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Edmundo Cantos, and the three ringside judges are Diego Agron, Angel Jiron and Santiago Cardoso.
