Boxing Daily Report from the James Saint-Claire promoted show at WA Basketball Centre, Perth,  taking place on 27/02/2038:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Declan Ballan (28(2) - 0) who hails from Cairns, Australia and Robert Cousar(4 - 14 - 2) from Canberra, Australia.  Ballan weighed in at 225 pounds and 15 ounces, while Cousar weighed in at 215 pounds and 1 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Ben Banis, and the three ringside judges are Neil Dykes, Ethan Spang and Chris Yazdanyan.  

Round 1: 

Cousar steps inside and throws a left hook, but his opponent dodges the shot and counters with a right uppercut.

Ballan gets on the inside and is on target with a sharp left hook.  
Ballan tries to step out of his opponents range and lands a stinging jab.

Ballan is on target with a jab.  
Ballan throws a jab, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a cross.
