Kirk Laake vs Oliver Madsen

Boxing Daily Report from the Xtreme Fighting Champions promoted show at Oslo Poulsen, Oslo,  taking place on 09/02/2038:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Norway Cruiserweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Eurosport, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Kirk Laake (39(26) - 10(8)) who hails from Oslo, Norway and Oliver Madsen(24(5) - 15(3)) from Oslo, Norway.  Both Laake and Madsen weighed in at 200 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Ragnar Volle, and the three ringside judges are Sigurd Nesset, Thor Solem and Sigurd Myhr.  

Round 1: 

Madsen finds the target with a hard jab.

Madsen attempts to land a right hook, but Laake slips the shot and counters with a left uppercut to Madsen's liver.

Madsen walks his opponent down, trapping him in the red corner.  Madsen snaps his opponents head back with a spiteful jab.

Laake lands a cross to the body followed by a jab to the head.

Laake steps away from his opponent and is on target with a solid cross.  
Madsen hits home with a cross.  
Laake tries to step out of his opponents range.  Madsen attempts to land a jab, but Laake blocks the shot and counters with a solid right hook.  
Laake tries to keep the action at long range and is on target with a cross to his opponents body.  
Madsen finds the target with a jab.  
Laake connects with a stinging cross.

Laake throws a jab, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a cross.  
Laake lands a cross followed by a jab to his opponents head.  
Laake steps away from his opponent and lands two consecutive straights to his opponents head.  
Laake lands a right hook to the body followed by a cross to the head.  THAT HURT HIS OPPONENT!  
Laake stalks his opponent...he just needs the right shot to put his opponent away!  Laake whips in a spiteful right hook to his opponents body.  MADSEN IS DOWN!  He manages to get up at 4.  
Laake lands a right hook, left hook and a left uppercut to his opponents body, AND KNOCKS MADSEN DOWN!  He is back up on his feet at 4.  It looks like Madsen has now recovered from that earlier bodyshot.  
Madsen tries to land a left uppercut, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a left uppercut to his opponents body.  
Madsen hits home with a stinging cross.  
Laake drives a mean cross into his opponents body.  MADSEN WAS STUNNED BY THAT SHOT!  
Laake switches the action to the outside.  Some sustained pressure from Laake could be enough to finish Madsen!  Laake lands a left hook to the body, a left hook to the head and a left uppercut to the body, AND DOWN GOES MADSEN!  The ref waves off the fight.  He does not believe Madsen can continue!  The fight has been stopped!  The winner by TKO is Laake!
