Boxing Daily Report from the Showtime Promotions promoted show at Mandalay Bay, Las Vegas,  taking place on 06/02/2038:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on HBO, the two fighters competing in this 8 round matchup are Xaver Salmeron (22(12) - 0) who hails from Chihuahua, Mexico and Nhlanhla Mthethwa(35(1) - 9(2) - 3) from Soweto, South Africa.  Both Salmeron and Mthethwa weighed in at 108 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Danny Doctor, and the three ringside judges are Alec Rees, George Ramo and Henry Weddell.
